1. Booking
A request sent from the website is not yet a ticket. Your booking is confirmed when the dispatcher contacts you by phone or on Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram and confirms your seat, the time and the boarding point.
2. Price and payment
The price shown on the website is an estimate; the dispatcher confirms the final price. Prices are in euros, per person.
A return ticket costs €20 less than two one-way tickets, and children under 8 travel for less. The dispatcher tells you how to pay when confirming your booking.
3. Luggage
30 kg of luggage is included in the ticket. Each extra kilogram costs €1. Please mention large or unusual luggage when you book.
4. Travel documents
Every passenger is responsible for their own travel documents and for those of the children travelling with them: a passport or, for citizens of the European Union, an identity card, plus any documents required for children not travelling with both parents.
5. Timetable and boarding
Timetable times are approximate. Traffic, weather or border checks can cause delays. Please be at the boarding point at the time the dispatcher confirms.
6. Changes and cancellations
If you want to change the date or cancel your booking, tell the dispatcher as early as you can. The dispatcher explains the change and cancellation conditions when confirming your booking.
7. Coach hire
For coach hire, the price and conditions are set individually in the quote the dispatcher sends you.
