1. What we collect
When you send a booking or quote request, we receive what you fill in:
- your name, phone number and how you'd like us to contact you;
- your email address, if you give it;
- the trip details: cities, dates, number of passengers or people, the coach you'd like;
- your address abroad, if you give it;
- any notes you write to us;
- technical data (IP address and browser type), used only to protect the forms from spam.
2. Why we use it
To contact you, confirm your seat, time and boarding point, and organise the trip. If you give us your email address, we send the confirmation of your request there.
We rely on the consent you give in the form and on your request for us to arrange the transport.
3. Who receives it
Your request goes to the Starbus dispatchers. To get it there we use a few technical providers: Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare checks that the form is not sent by a bot, Telegram passes the request to the dispatcher and Resend sends the confirmation email. Some of them process data outside the Republic of Moldova, for example in the European Union or the United States.
We don't sell your data or pass it to other companies for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as the trip and our legal obligations require, and no longer than 24 months after your request.
5. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to star-bus@mail.ru or call +373 691 391 05.
If you think your data is not being used properly, you can contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or the data protection authority of the country where you live.
6. Cookies and statistics
The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, anonymously and without cookies, to know which pages people read. The statistics do not identify you.
